I had this house sent several times for house warming gifts. They are great and the house is a great collectors item. I only wish the Christmas houses were changed a little from year to year . It would make a great little village at Christmas time

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to eat the cookies, as this was a housewarming gift for transplanted family in Texas, but it got great reviews from them (and their kids!). A dozen-and-a-half pieces of home in a cute package!
