Please order and SHIP early in application of nationwide delivery delays during November and December.

Shipping rates have temporarily increased by $1.25 in order to cover the fuel surcharges implemented by the package carrier. We thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this change.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DECEMBER ORDERS: Due to the volume of orders processed during the month of December, and the volume of packages handled by package delivery services and USPS, all orders placed and shipping between Dec. 14th and Dec. 24th will be produced and leave our facility ASAP. Estimated arrival dates may not apply during this time. We reserve the right to make days unavailable for shipping due to production limitations and highly encourage you to ship your orders prior to DEC 14th.

Ship To Addresses:

We've made ordering Carolina Cookie gifts online super easy! When placing your order through our web site, you will have the option to select a different ship to address for each gift. In addition, your ship to addresses can be saved with your individual Sign In account information, to make sending gifts to the same recipients even easier the next time. If you would like to keep your addresses in your address book, do not use the guest check out option.

Shipping to Homes and Offices:

We can ship your Carolina Cookie gifts wherever you need us to! We realize that in today's world, there are fewer and fewer people who stay at home during the day. If you are ordering Carolina Cookies for someone who works during the day, you may want to consider sending your gift to them at work, rather than to a home address. You should know that 99% of deliveries made to offices are successful on the first cookie gifts delivery attempt. By providing the correct ship to addresses for your recipients when you buy gourmet cookies, you can help us deliver the very best service possible on your order. Please be sure to give us the entire ship to address ... all of it! We need company names, apartment numbers, suite numbers, floor numbers, mail codes (in a large buildings) and correct zip codes.

Shipping to Hospitals, Hotels, Colleges & Military Bases:

When shipping gifts to these types of addresses, we guarantee delivery to the mail room or receiving area at the location. For security reasons, it is the responsibility of the facility to deliver the item to the specific room or to notify the recipient that they have a package to pick up. Delivery persons are often not allowed unrestricted access to these types of addresses.

Address Errors:

We are not responsible for and do not guarantee delivery of orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses. We do not refund orders that are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Additional Shipping Fees:

If the package delivery service has to correct the address you provided for delivery of your package, or if you request an address change after the order has been sent to production, additional fees will apply. The minimum amount charged is $15, but may vary depending on the service required. We regret that we cannot extend our delivery guarantees when your package is delayed for these reasons.

Shipping Methods:

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the price of the Carolina Cookie items going to each different ship to address. One, two and three day service is guaranteed from the initial ship date, not from the order date.  Orders are shipped by Standard Ground unless otherwise specified.

Next Day Air:

Packages are guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the day on the first business day after your order is shipped.

2nd Day Air:

Packages are guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the business day, on the second business day after your order is shipped.  Alaska and Hawaii destinations must use this method.

Standard Ground:

Available Monday thru Friday in the continental US only. Please allow up to 7 business days for the delivery of your package after the gift is shipped. DO NOT use ground delivery as your shipping method if your package must arrive on or by a specific date. P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses will ship US Postal Service. Please contact customer service if you have questions about using ground service. We recommend Standard Ground for destinations east of the Mississippi.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

USPS is not a day-definite service and shipments to P.O. Boxes cannot be tracked. Delivery average for postal items is 2-5 days. This is the only available method if shipping to a P. O. Box or to a military address!

Overseas - International Shipping:

Due to problems with customs and overseas shipping delays for perishable food items, we do not offer overseas or international shipments - call 1-800-447-5797 for more information.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska:

Packages shipping to Hawaii and Alaska must ship expedited 2-day air delivery.

Delivery & Turnaround Times:

We want to make your recipients happy as fast as possible! That's why generally speaking all orders are shipped within one to two business days after receipt of the order, unless you have specified a particular ship date. By default, all orders are shipped as soon as possible unless an alternate date has been provided. When ordering, you may always request a specific ship date. We cannot guarantee that your order will be received on a specific date, unless you select overnight, or 2-day delivery service. Note that we bake and ship Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders are shipped by Standard Ground unless otherwise specified.
