Shipping & Returns

At Carolina Cookie Company, our goal is to bake fresh cookies
and deliver them as quickly as possible so they arrive ready to enjoy.

Below, you’ll find answers to most questions about shipping and gourmet cookie delivery.

Processing Time 

Most Carolina Cookie Company orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
unless a future Bake & Ship date is selected during checkout.
 
 
We bake and ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) are baked and shipped the next business day. 

Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day and, depending on order size, may take up to 48 hours to process. 

Example: An order placed Monday after 4:00 PM ET will begin processing on Tuesday and may ship as early as Wednesday. 




Shipping Options 

We at Carolina Cookie Company offer the following shipping options:

$10 - Standard (3 - 7 days) 

$15 - Expedited (2 - 5 days) 

$25 - Express (1 - 2 days) 

$40 - Overnight (1 day) 

Shipping time refers to the transit time after the order has shipped and has been handed to the carrier.




Multiple Shipments
You may ship gifts to multiple recipients during checkout by entering a different shipping address for each delivery.




P.O. Boxes 
Orders sent to P.O. Boxes or military addresses ship via USPS. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and tracking updates may be limited.




Hawaii & Alaska 
Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska must ship via 2-Day air delivery.




International Shipping
Due to customs delays and the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not currently offer international shipping.




Address Accuracy
Please ensure shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. 

Carolina Cookie Company is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review whether the address can still be updated before the order enters production or ships.




Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

To help ensure successful delivery, Carolina Cookie Company recommends shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package, such as a workplace or business address.

If you believe a package was delivered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will review the shipment details and assist where possible.




Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our cookies are baked fresh and are perishable, we are unable to accept returns, and all sales are considered final. 

If something is not right with your order, our team will review the situation and help determine the best resolution.




Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your Carolina Cookie Company order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help our team review the issue quickly, please include:

Photos of the product

Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Your order number

This information allows us to better understand what happened and determine the next steps.




Reporting Issues
To help us resolve concerns quickly, we ask that any issues be reported within 24–36 hours of delivery.

Because our products are perishable and shipping carrier investigations are time-sensitive, it becomes more difficult to review and investigate concerns once more time has passed.




Carrier Delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, transportation issues, or high shipping volumes. 
 
While these situations are outside our control, our team will gladly review the shipment status and help determine the next steps.
